Founded on the legacy of four families — Mizrahi · Dayan · Levy · Tank — MDLT Technologies was built on a single conviction: that the infrastructure powering the world's financial systems, identity frameworks, and community platforms must be engineered with the same precision, integrity, and permanence that defines the families behind it.
The name MDLT carries those four initials. Each letter represents not just a name, but a commitment — to security in architecture, to sovereignty in identity, to purpose in technology, and to responsibility toward the communities we serve.
MDLT Technologies is the technology and identity pillar of the Tank MDLT Alliance — a sovereign coalition of four independent entities structured across six jurisdictions:
Tank Corporation holds the Alliance at the top. Tank Financial Group deploys the capital. MDLT Trust Companypreserves the assets. And MDLT Technologies engineers the infrastructure that makes all of it possible.
We are the engineers of the ecosystem — and without our infrastructure, none of the other pillars can operate.
We do not build products. We build infrastructure — the kind that governments trust, banks rely on, and communities depend on.
Our five platforms form an integrated digital ecosystem that powers every entity within the Alliance and its 30+ client platforms worldwide:
MDLT.IO is the institutional hub — the corporate face connecting our five platforms, our global presence, and our Alliance partners in one coordinated digital architecture.
MDLT.TECH is the engineering portal — APIs, SaaS platforms, developer tools, BaaS integration, and the technical documentation that powers the 30+ platforms of the Tank MDLT Alliance ecosystem.
MDLT PAY is the payment layer — cross-border payment orchestration via Stripe Treasury and Issuing, Dahav Pay blockchain settlement, and multi-currency financial infrastructure connecting our global banking network across six jurisdictions.
MDLT IDENTITY — e-CIS iD is the sovereign identity layer — the e-CIS iD Sovereign Identity Protocol, governed by the CIS iD Global Civil Identity & Credit Authority in Geneva, Switzerland. Every KYC/AML validation, every authentication event, and every digital credential across the Alliance flows through this infrastructure. Partners receive only cryptographic validation keys — never raw personal data.
MDLT API is the developer gateway — RESTful APIs, webhooks, enterprise SDKs, and full documentation for fintech, identity, cloud, and SaaS integrations worldwide.
Headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel — the world's second-largest fintech hub — MDLT Technologies maintains infrastructure and strategic operations across six jurisdictions:
Security first. Every platform we build begins with the assumption that it will be attacked, scrutinized, and stress-tested under the most adverse conditions. We engineer accordingly — TLS 1.3, AES-256 encryption at the database layer, Cloudflare Enterprise DDoS protection, and identity isolation across every system boundary.
Sovereignty by design. We believe that identity, financial data, and community infrastructure must remain in the hands of those they serve — not aggregated, commoditized, or sold to third parties. The CIS iD protocol was designed specifically to ensure that partners receive cryptographic validation, never raw personal information.
Legacy over scale. We build for permanence, not for the next funding round. Our clients and partners — from UHNW family offices to synagogue communities to emergency rescue teams — measure success in decades, not quarters.
Purpose with precision. Technology without purpose is noise. Every system we build serves a mission — financial inclusion across borders, identity sovereignty for individuals, community resilience for institutions, or cross-border access to services that were previously available only to the privileged few.
Responsibility to community. A meaningful portion of every platform we build flows back into the WJC Philanthropic Foundation — sustaining synagogues, Hatzalah rescue teams, kosher certification networks, educational institutions, and healthcare programs globally. Infrastructure and philanthropy are not separate missions. They are the same mission.
From the BaaS engine powering six Tank Bank regional portals to the Kosher Registry API serving certified establishments in Brazil, Israel, and Europe — from the identity protocol validating cross-border banking transactions in milliseconds to the SaaS platforms managing synagogue communities and church finances — MDLT Technologies is the invisible infrastructure that makes the Alliance work.
We are not the loudest voice in the room. We are the foundation the room is built on.
